Katie and Tom create aesthetic beauty

When we first met Katie and Tom in 2024, it was immediately clear that every decision within their home would be guided by an uncompromising commitment to quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their vision was to create a home where every material was carefully considered, every finish meticulously executed, and every space felt both luxurious and timeless.

From the outset, this has been an incredibly rewarding project for Ferry & Sons and one that continues to evolve. Working closely with Katie and Tom, we sourced exceptional natural stone from carefully selected quarries in Spain and Italy, ensuring each material perfectly complemented the overall design of their home.

The kitchen and pantry feature beautiful natural marble with a bespoke hand-finished bullnose edge, adding a refined softness that enhances both the elegance and functionality of these spaces.

Within the bathrooms, striking Italian Arabescato Viola marble introduces dramatic veining and timeless sophistication, creating luxurious spaces that feel both contemporary and enduring.

Elsewhere throughout the home, stunning saw-cut travertine has been used to create a series of standout architectural features, including the media wall, bespoke bar area and an elegant floating fireplace surround. The textured finish of the travertine brings warmth and authenticity, balancing rustic character with the clean, contemporary aesthetic that flows seamlessly throughout the property.

Projects like Katie and Tom’s are what inspire us most. They demonstrate what’s possible when exceptional natural materials, thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship come together. Every piece of stone has been carefully selected, expertly fabricated and meticulously installed, resulting in a home that is not only beautiful today but will remain timeless for years to come.
